its best to get under the car as oppose to access thru the engine.............u have no room to place with.
i think the easiest to fit are the older style ones.

I meant in general Chichee. Just so Lee might save some money on the humdrum things and have more money to spend on mods. I agree about old style qs - much easier.

I will - but dont want to bust the car - if I had a haynes manual I would feel more comfortable!!

so hard is it once your under car... i have hoist or anything to jack the car up what sort of tools do you need?

C'mon Lee - is that a serious question? The one in your link is the whole gear lever with a slightly different mounting point (think fulcrums in Physics lessons ) that gives the short shift and the griffiths is just a bracket that is fitted to the OEM gear lever that has the same effect...

Because not many people know about griffiths.............and I think griffiths only make qs for PSA group cars.

the b&m quick shifter is a much better QS than the girffith but alot more money......its just replaces the entire gear lever.

^^ He's right ya know!! Personally I would have taken the £40 risk of a griffiths to throw it away than to spend £120 and find I could have done the job with something for £40 EDIT - Didn't make sense

got me GE QS fitted today!! ;D jeez it feels so... much different much better but gonna take me getting some used to seemingly keep missing the 3rd gear at mo def worth anyones £20 for one of these though! ;D
