Looks like it might be a bugger to fit! Will have to remove exhaust heatshields just to get to bottom of gearlever. On my car this is one shield that runs from front of exhaust right back to fuel tank.

oh i thought with this new design you could do it from inside......remove the 4 nuts and pull the black thing up and attach.....
was getting happy in thinking buying it and going it myself.....silly me

Maybe you can do it that way. As you can see, the instructions are not great.

"We would be grateful of your comments when you have fitted the quickshift" says Griffiths. Are they using me as a Guinea Pig? I think they are cheaper now because there is less to them - simpler to produce. Just waiting for a dry day so I can fit it. (hope it doen't foul on heat shield).

haven't fitted yet. 206rallye, did yours come in same packaging as mine. I would have liked the original design as I think it would have been easier to fit. I hope they have fully tested the type I've got before puting it on market.

type A for 1.1 1.4 and 1.6 type B for gti (not for 180) Interesting, they even have types now and prices are low. Maybe i should order one and be the first one in my country using this
