So I imagine if I wanted to get a replacement set of dials then I would need to goto my pug dealer to ask them? Are there any online places that sell them?
Also thinking about it won't I have to dismantle the needles on the dials to get them off? hmm could be tricky. Well I'll find out.

Ok well I have done some work on the pug dash... I'm going to open a new topic as it's not just the dials I am looking at now...
Topic title is dashboard lighting

Don't know if this is any use to you all. There is a website where they sell Metalic Silve dials with different colours of Speeks Markings. You can have different colours for MPH and KPH on the same dials. A wide range of colours are available. Hope this helps. www.metal-monkey.co.uk

[glow=red,2,200]IMPORTANT NOTE [/glow] I ordered one of these dial kits for my 02 spec GTi before I had surveyed the dial unit. It would not fit, due to the fact I had a sealed unit dials. Therefore I couldn't get the shade cover off the clock unit like thewardster managed. So BEFORE you place an order for these, follow thewardsters instruction on how to get the dial pod free of the car and survey it to see if its gonna work. When I did free the dials from the wiring socket, my car had a funny fit and the MFD and Air Con lit up even with no key in or ignition on. This I have been assured is "normal" as it wakes the BSI unit up, but you won't be doing any major harm. Its a shame really as the kit was very good quality, with very clear instructions and used together with thewardster's instructions you will make a bang on job of them. If I could have done it like thewardster then I would have kept them without a doubt as it was such a good kit. But alas I can't fit it, so you are well informed now.

Ooooh no! Walnut looks well dodgy! On a Rover 75 maybe, but please, not on a 206!!! The aluminium looks pretty cool though I must admit!
