I've been pretty lucky with my last few cars, not getting any supermarket trolley scrapes or car park dings.
However, this morning on my way home from work, I was following a truck which kicked up a large stone which hit my car... somewhere, hell of a bang it was too!
I was looking for a chip or ding on the bonnet, moved up to the windscreen... nothing. And there it was, plain as day, a dent on the roof, about an inch round, 3" up from the windscreen. Luckily, the paint is un damaged.
Question is, does anyone out there know of a company who fixes dings, and roughly how much pocket money I'd have to save up to get it done? I'd like to get it sorted cos it is very noticeable.
Cheers, Taff.

Two options. Dent Devils, which are a nationwide dent removal company, they travel in mobile vans. The other option is to look at the yellow pages and see what you feel looks good. Dent Devils, I don't think are cheap, but they aren't majorly expensive. They also specialise in roof dent removal, they "blow" the dent out, however being as its such a small dent, you might have to get it filled and sprayed (expensive). *update* Have just had a look at Dent Devils webpage. They do something called Hailstone Damage Removal, which is what I think you require. Link below is to all the Dent Devil Retail Partners in your area. www.dentdevils.co.uk/redeal/catAds.asp?cat_id=5They quote prices from £75.00 so anything upwards of there, I would guess and only a guess set aside about £250.
