From that picture you can't see what number of pipes there is, it could be just a trim style on a twin exhaust channel or a link off pipe from the main exhaust with a twin pipe trim on either pipe.
My guess is thats its a link pipe cut into the main pipe before the silencer routed round where the spare wheel is with the right hand side with another silencer and a pair of twin exit trims on either pipe creating a four pipe output.
This won't lose you performance or petrol consumption, it will make the engine feel stronger, but be warned that sometimes the configuration for this exhaust usually makes the right hand side not smoke much until after a period of time running, so its a dead give away that you don't really have a twin pipe configuration, and sometimes you will get gases from the left which is the main pipr connected to the exhaust system and nothing from the left.

You'd have to take the spare wheel off as well.

Quad exhaust won't make any difference to performance. Engines need some back pressure to work.

should be performance gains though yeah? cos it's a full powerflow system with sports cat? Yeah the sports Cat should offer up some more breathing for your engine, so you'll get back some power lost from the normal Cat, not too sure about the rest of the system power wise, don't know enough about it! Lol... ;D
