the reason u get the ?? is coz you havent got the CHINA language pack installed on your pc.....your windows does not recognise it.....

Regarding the tank that wouldnt work... you need to first buy lots of exotic expensive fish... say you bought 50 grands worth, then the tank has to leak or become faulty due to design or fault, and then the insurance company would still probably try and not pay out for the loss.... claiming some outside factor which caused the fault.
Insurance companies are always the same, go watch The Incredibles for a fine example!

ha ha - it was meant in jest as sarcasm Wardy! Hard to get these things across by text though U'd need some seriously rare fish to have £2m worth in a tank that size. As you say i'm sure the insurance company would want some evidence/receipt of these claims too.
