Nah I go to work I earn my money and no one is going to dictate on how I spend it. I am pretty tight as it goes so wouldn't get into any arrears with bills or nothing, but I couldn't deal with having to ask the wife/girlfriend if I could have something, well at least if it was under a grand, over then I might think to mention I was buying something that much, but even still if I wanted it she would have to lump it.
I mean no offence as different people have different lives and reasons, so I am not being derogortory and if you think I am I apologise, but I just couldn't be controlled by anyone. I do what I like when I please and if I don't wanna I ain't gonna.
And I wouldn't really care that much if the other "favours" were removed either, cos I ain't that bothered, and if she was to remove favours cos I spent money or did something aganist her ideal, then she is not right for me.

It's all about give and take. You give and they take. Just wait till you're married Big Ol. It all changes. When I was single I thought nothing on blowing money on anything. Look at the number of cars I have had. Then comes houses, children, bigger houses. Wouldn't have it any other way. And seriously, if I said to missus that I fancied a GTi180, she wouldn't stand in my way.

I think I'll try for a Civic type 'R'. I look at one every time my car goes in for warranty work - which has been often.

Screw the CTR, give me the Atom2 - £30k but light as a feather, and runs a 2.0L CTR engine with a supercharger. Now that rocks.

I was looking for gti and they happened to have one, with one years warranty, thank F@ck. I'm just going to take it back to garage to have crankshaft oil seal changed. The joys of motoring. Getting Honda Jazz for 3 days! Lee - it's not for sale.....at least not until warranty runs out next January.
