The alloy pedals MUST have a minimum of 4 rubber nipples to make them legal.
Number plate light is an MOT failure. Simple to fix though.
Sun strip is getting stupid, loads of people have TOCA style ones.
Dunno what a load valve is or what it does - sorry.

Also with regards to the pedals, I think there has to be a certain distance between each pedal or it will fail due to the fact that your foot could depress two pedals at once, which wouldn't be good news!

that could be the case wardster as most after market pedals are wider than ones on a 206

Hi chaps I no How to fix everything, I was just saying what my car failed on and how picky they are being over the sunstrip and pedals. I also thought it might of been a good thread to start to see if other modified car's have failed on silly things Bigol the load valve is part of the braking system it adjust the presser that goes to your back brakes depending on the amount of weight thats in the car. As for pressing more than one pedal at a time thewardster with these alloy pedals on i've done that loads of times not nice at all so I was taking them off anyway

The 206 Gti pedals are made for girls (little feet) or people who wear racing driver shoes. I can't drive mine with certain footwear on! I don't think I have big feet, does anyone else find this a problem? I know someone will say this is because it's a sporty model, but, I'm not going out for a spin round a race track. I'm using it for everyday transport and thus wear allsorts of footwear. Sorry, kinda just flipped for a sec at the mention of to closely spaced pedals Rant over. Jonney ;D

Yes - I have size 12 and can only really drive to two pairs of shoes, 1 a pair of deck shoes which are like race boots and therefore can go like brown stuff off a shovel, 2. 1 pair of trainers, which take some getting used to, but I can manage.

I had some Ripspeed ones from Halfords in my Punto before, they were metallic blue, but I also found that the blue colour faded after like the first month of using them! And I took them off because I found I was pressing two at once sometimes...

I have a bit of a problem with the standard pedals too. Nothing I can't live with, but I do tend to catch the gas or clutch pedals when I'm braking now and again. Comes from having size 11 feet I suppose.
