Cheers BigOL what tools will I need for fitting this then m8? Wire snips,soldering ironing etc? Cheers again, Daz

Oh good God no, you don't need any of them tools.
All you need is a Torx screwdriver set and wide flat blade screwdriver to get the door card off. You also need a Torx to get the lock out and then the electrics just unplug, like your hard drive IDE cable out of the control box and plug the new one in.
I would wait for Diag to clarify this is the correct procedure, but I can't see you needing to do anything else.

I think I will m8, I have a 1999 206 GTi,and I'm sure I'll have to change the plug to fit the new actuator? At least thats what I think? Ok got my new actuator,and luckily enough it was the drivers side,unfortunately I cannot get the rods off,the black plastic clips are a nightmare to get off,how do you get these buggers off? I was @ them for at least an hour,didnt want to pull them to hard incase I broke them,so any help on removing these would be a god send. Daz

Ok got it all fitted after a few hours of scratching my head,I'll maybe write up how to do it from scratch for a beginner as some of the advice (and it was good advice),was not quite clear enough for me anyway,thanks to BigOL and Diag! Peugeot can go take a flying ****! Robbing ********! Daz
