NEW MEMBERS AND GUESTS VISITING THE BOARD
« Thread Started on Sept 22, 2003, 6:21pm »

This is a copy of e-mail Nigel has sent to general public visiting the board, so i thought guests and peope with their e-mail addresses hidden, and generally everyone else who occasionally browses the board should have the opportunity to read it if he hasn't received it yet, or hasn't come round to reading its e-mail:

NIGEL WROTE:

"Hi everyone,
Thanks to you all for registering with the site, the bigger the community the wider the knowledge base becomes.
If I could ask that anyone who has registered twice or more, (usually because of a glitch with the registration process) send me details of which account they wish to keep, so we can delete unused accounts and tidy up the admin process.
There are quite a few people who have registered, but not posted any messages yet, well you could have read the messages and not bothered registering, we are a very friendly forum and welcome posts from any one, about almost anything, so don't be bashful, introduce yourself.
If you have not visited the forum for a while now, please come and take another look, its expanding all the time, and the search facility lets you look for just the info your interested in.
Best wishes
Nigel"

Very true. So people, feel free to post threads, we won't bite or anything, it doesn't have to be some kind of a profoundly revelating or especially smart question or problem sollution (we prefer daft ones anyway ;D), just post a thread and say HI if you like, the more the better. BTW, to all those guests visiting the board, feel free to join in, you're more than welcome, it's free, won't hurt and you just might solve a problem or two

;DSo click in! ;D

Dear All,

This site is now closed and will be mothballed for past reference. However this is not the end!! We have moved to a newer, shinier message board packed full of new features and great things. If you are a regular member you will remember that a long-standing member Wardy, kindly went bought a nice, easy to remember domain name.

Today at 21:00 we finally moved onto this domain, coupled with a brand new message board packed full of goodness. Over the last few weeks, ajsuk has been working hard in creating something brand new from the ground up for the goodness and benefit of all 206 drivers across the world. To share knowledge, information and problems experience with ownership of this popular little car. Over the last 10 days loyal and energetic members from this site, LeeXS, M3RAN and Blackpug, have been pouring over this site, plucking the best bits of data that we have amassed over the last 2 years and moving it into your new Info Exchange. The new message board is stocked full of the popular topics and problems that have been solved or some helpful advice had been given. It is because of their hard and good work this has been possible for every 206 owner.

So fellow 206 owners, this is the end of Proboards, we no longer live here, we are all over at:

If you are an existing member of this message board, then come on over to the board and register there. Remember to use your username from here so that we know who you are and can welcome you in to the new look 206 Info Exchange.

BigOL ;D
